How do I know that the items you are selling are not counterfeit?

We work with established vendors and maintain direct relationships with most brands on our website. We conduct thorough due diligence to ensure all merchandise is 100% authentic.

Please note the following:

1. We can only provide our invoice for your purchases, not specific source paperwork.
2. Online marketplaces often change their ""Authenticity Challenge Policies."" While our merchandise is authentic, we cannot guarantee that every online sales channel will accept your listings
based on their specific, evolving criteria.

Therefore, we recommend you research marketplace policies for each item before purchasing, as all purchases are made at your own risk."

Do you have your own warehouses?

Yes, we have our own warehouse in Union NJ. Your order may ship from our warehouse or from a partner warehouse around the USA.

Are you authorized distributors for the items you sell?

Bulk Buy America is not the authorized distributor for all the products we offer, and we do not guarantee authorized distributor status for every brand. However, we do purchase inventory from authorized distributors and reputable suppliers to ensure product authenticity. We encourage buyers to review their marketplace requirements before placing order and listing items.

How much is a membership with Bulk Buy America?

Membership is free!

Do you have a minimum purchase quantity?

We only sell by the case. The MOQ varies per item and is listed with the product details.

Do you sell to businesses with sales tax exemption?

Yes. To be exempt from sales tax, you must upload your seller’s certificate to your profile when you open your account. We will then set up an appropriate business user account.

Do you sell to individuals without a Tax ID?

Yes.

Do you have a printed catalog?aur

No catalogs are available at this time. Because we are an online shop, our merchandise may be viewed through our website.

How do I make a purchase?

After creating an account, you add items to your cart and submit the order. Once we receive the order, we will contact you for payment.

How do I sign in/edit the information in my account?

Click on the “Log In” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will take you to a page where you will be prompted to enter the email address and password you used when you created the account.

I forgot my password.

Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen, then follow the instructions to confirm your identity.

Do my shopping cart items have an expiration date?

Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Items in your cart may not be available by the time you check out.

What payment methods do you accept?

How will I know you have received my order?

You will get a receipt automatically. Please verify your email address before completing the order.

Can I cancel an order?

Please verify any marketplace restrictions before placing an order.

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for issues related to:

  • Category or brand restrictions
  • IP claims or gating requirements
  • Hazmat / PPE / Pesticide flags
  • Closed listings or marketplace compliance documentation requirements

Pricing, availability, quantities, and lead times are subject to change without notice.
Once an invoice is paid, any refund request—regardless of order status (processing, in transit, or delivered)—will be subject to a 40% restocking fee and is not guaranteed.
If approved, refunds are issued as store credit only and subject to management review

Do you offer free shipping?

All prices are FOB point. This is either our warehouse or a partner warehouse around the USA. The buyer is responsible for paying and arranging shipping. We will provide the customer with the shipping information, (ship from address, shipping weight, dimensions). The buyer is required to send us a shipping label or BOL.

Where do you ship to?

Do you ship internationally?

We sell to international customers who handle their own shipping. We work with the carriers to provide all necessary documentation and ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.

How should I arrange shipping? Should I contact you for the information?

Once the order is ready to ship, we will reach out to you with the necessary details.

Should I schedule the pick up for my order?

If the order is not shipping via UPS, the buyer is required to schedule a pickup. We already have a daily pickup scheduled with UPS.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Lead times vary by item, and specific details can be found on each product page. Please note that delivery timelines may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, heavy snow, carrier delays, or other warehouse-related factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any unexpected delays occur.

How do I track my order?

If you provide us with the shipping information you can track the status of your order any time with the information you already have. If you paid us for shipping we will provide you with the shipping and tracking information.

I need to change the delivery address?

Reach out to us via phone, email, or postal mail. We will need your current address, your former address, and specific instructions on how to best handle the suspension of your delivery.

What should I do if a shipment is missing units, defective, or the wrong item was received?

You can submit a claim by emailing our team within 30 days of delivery. You will be required to submit proof within 14 days of opening the claim. If proof was not received on time, the claim will be considered closed, and we will be unable to reopen it.

Please note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Once we hand off the shipment to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. Therefore, we are not liable.

Can I pick up my order by myself?

Usually we only accept freight or parcel company pickups along with trackable documents for pickup. If you’d like to pick up an order by yourself, please check with us before placing the order.

Where are the items located?

All our products are in our warehouse or a partner warehouse around the USA.

Are all your products brand new, unexpired, and retail ready?

Yes, unless otherwise stated — this information will be noted on your quote, invoice, or communicated to you by other means (email, etc).

Can you provide us with photos of the items?

For some items, yes. Please check with us before purchasing.

Do you provide invoices to help us get ungated?

Yes, we can provide invoices upon request. However, we cannot guarantee that the invoice will result in ungating, as approval depends on the marketplace’s own requirements and review process. Please note that we may decline invoice requests, especially if they are made repeatedly without a purchase. For more details, feel free to contact us.

Can you give us a Brand Authorization Letter?

We do not provide Brand Authorization Letters or any additional documents beyond the invoice issued by Bulk Buy America for your purchase. The invoice is the only documentation we can supply, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they meet all marketplace requirements for selling specific brands.

What if the item stops selling well, price drops, or I get banned from selling the item?

While we strive to provide quality products and reliable information, Bulk Buy America is not responsible for any challenges that may arise once the items are listed or sold on your platform. This includes changes in market demand, price fluctuations, selling restrictions, IP claims, or counterfeit-related complaints. We strongly encourage all buyers to perform their own product research and ensure compliance with marketplace policies before purchasing.

Amazon FBA

Do you ship to FBA?

Yes. You need to mark your order for FBA. Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are compliant with all relevant information and/or restrictions on Amazon FBA/FBM.

Do you deliver split cases to multiple Amazon warehouse locations?

Cases are delivered as whole cases. If you need to break down the order to multiple shipments, please contact us directly.

Does your company offer special handling services to meet Amazon requirements?

If the item is eligible, you will see these options on the item page.

  • Labeling $0.45 Per unit
  • Labeling + Polybag $0.85 Per unit
  • Labeling + Bubble Wrapping $1.15 Per unit
Do I need to submit FNSKU labels when placing my order?

If this is required for your order and has been confirmed possible, our warehouse will contact you when the order is ready for labeling.

Do your products have UPC codes?

Most products have UPCs. However, we do not guarantee this. If required, please confirm with us before placing the order.

What if the product is categorized as “ Dangerous goods” (hazmat)?

You still can sell this via the Amazon FBA Dangerous Goods program. See our guide here.

What if I receive my items and the packaging is different than pictured on your website?

If the correct item is delivered, Bulk Buy America is not responsible for differences in packaging, labeling, or design updates from the manufacturer. Some products may come in older packaging or have slight label variations, but they remain the same authentic item. We kindly ask customers to provide photos upon receipt if they notice any concerns, so we can verify and assist accordingly.

Do you have specific business hours?

We’re open from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM. On Fridays, we’re open from 9 AM to 1 PM.
